We provide each homeowner we meet with our written painting processes and this allows them to easily understand the cost of painting their home and gives them the ability to easily compare our proposal with another proposal.

1. Do You Have a Written Guarantee that the Price You Quote is the Price I’ll Pay – No Exceptions? - We spend extra time to detail your bid so you know what is covered…you won’t end up with a surprise in the middle or end of the job. Our bid is complete. Make sure the painter puts it in writing that they won’t charge you more after they start just because they didn’t do a thorough job of estimating up front.


2. Will You Guarantee to Return All Morning Calls by 1 PM and All Afternoon Calls by 6PM? We are pretty sure you have had the bad experience of calling a painter for a quote and never even getting a return call! We guarantee to return your call on the same day and to show up when promised.


3. Do You Require a Deposit to Hold My Start Date? We DO NOT require any up front payment or deposit to book your start date. Some of our competitors require you to pay for the entire job up front if you want to us a credit card. Others will charge 3% more if you use a credit card (they try to say that they are giving you a 3% discount for paying cash.) We are pleased to accept your credit card with no special rules.


4. What Guarantee Do I Have that You Will Finish When You Promised? Overbooking is common in our industry. Lots of painters show up the first day, leave the place a mess and then you don’t see them for weeks. We provide you with a daily progress report so you know what has been accomplished each day. We stay on your job every day until it is finished. In tact we are motivated to finish since that is the only way we get paid.


5. Do You Have Experience with My Type of Project? – Derek Chambers has supervised the successful completion of over 1,000 painting projects in last 10 years, there probably aren’t any painting or specialty finishing projects we haven’t completed. If you are a homeowner we will give you a minimum of 20 local references for you to call. Chances are we’ve worked for a neighbor, relative or friend.
